My product melted, is it bad now?

Some of our products are temperature sensitive and may melt in warmer settings. If your product melts, place it in the refrigerator to solidify and be sure to store in a cooler space.

I have oily skin, will the oils in the products clog my pores?

No, all the ingredients used are formulated so as not to cause clogged pores (noncomedogenic).

I’m breaking out in pimples, should I stop using my facial oil?

No, our facial oil is actually great for aiding in the healing of breakouts. Use as a spot treatment in addition to help your pimples heal faster.

Your products say that they are supposed to balance the natural oils on my skin but I feel like it’s making my skin too oily. Am I doing something wrong?

The product shouldn’t make your skin oily. If you feel like it is, use less product. Use trial and error with the amount of product you use for your preferred hydration and glow.

Why does my exfoliator feel like it’s dried out?

The exfoliator should be mixed upon use for the first few times. Separation of product can occur due to its all natural formulation. If you feel like the product has separated, use the spatula provided to mix the entire jar.

I have oily skin, do you think it’s ok for me to oil cleanse?

Oil cleansing is beneficial for all skin types. Goddess Glow oil cleanser is designed to work harmoniously with the skin and helps to dissolve clogged pores. If still hesitant, you can skip the polish step.

Are your products safe to ingest?

All our products are made from 100% organic and natural ingredients. Consumption is not harmful but not recommended.

Is tingling or burning normal with the vitamin C powder?

Tingling is normal and ok. Burning is an indication that you used too much of the Vitamin C Powder.

What’s the shelf life on your products?

Best to be used within 24 months.

Are your products safe to be used during pregnancy?

It’s recommended to be cautious with Carrot Seed Oil and Sage Essential Oil during pregnancy. Please consult your physician before using.

What’s your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please note, when making your purchase, you agree to our return policy.

What if my package gets lost in the mail?

We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our hands. You will be given tracking information for your package. If lost in the mail, it is up to the USPS to settle the issue with you. We will do what we possibly can on our end to settle the issue, but we are not required to send you another package free of charge. By placing an order online you are agreeing to this shipping policy.

How long will it take to ship my product?

As a small business we make our products in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. With that said, orders can take up to 7 to 12 days to deliver. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Is your shipping packaging Eco-Friendly?

Yes, Goddess Glow is proud to be as eco-friendly as possible. We try to use recyclable materials and repurposed boxes when possible.

Are all your ingredients certified organic?

All of our ingredients listed with an asterisk (*) on our website are certified organic. We are slowly working on changing all of our labels to reflect the website, while being eco-conscious and mindful of waste.
